How do we reinforce Moët & Chandon’s position as the undisputed choice for love occasions and gifting while elevating and evolving the House’s direct-to-consumer offering? By creating brand buzz and desirability across multiple markets, and multiple touchpoints.

Our approach

Hustle & Bustle created a three-tiered gifting offering for Valentine’s Day, ‘Moët & Chandon With Love’ across Auckland, Sydney and Melbourne. The D2C offering saw personalised bottles of Rosé available to order in custom-made gift boxes, filled with a luxury assortment of flowers hand-delivered by our concierge on Valentine’s Day. An exclusive ‘Perfect Proposal’ package was also created, offering a once-in-a-lifetime Moët & Chandon experience for one lucky couple in each of our three markets. The end-to-end direct to customer experience included digital, PR and physical touchpoints for a Valentine’s Day experience like no other.

A big idea, amplified

Our team recruited a team of white-gloved Moët & Chandon Champagne Concierges to hand-deliver gift boxes to recipients across central Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland on February 14th, creating an irresistible, sharable moment for consumers. Alongside customer orders, our concierge talent delivered to friends of the House, media and influencers, further amplifying the Valentine’s Day offering.

Curated content, made with love

To drive awareness and demand for the ‘With Love’ gifting service, we created a suite of editorial-style imagery and romantic video content to share with media partners, existing Moët & Chandon customers and across Maison social media channels. Moët & Chandon With Love orders were processed via a dedicated Shopify website and fulfilled by our on-the-ground 3PL partners in each market.
